We have devised a basic and easy to read Terms of Business which is straight forward, understandable and fair.  Very rarely do we need to rebate, however, we are willing to offer a good rebate structure as we know that our recruitment placements are for the long term, therefore, rebates are almost non-existent when it comes to Virtuoso!

Retained Consultancy

You can sit back and relax whilst we project manage the recruitment process on your behalf. Over an agreed time frame we will explore a variety of recruitment options. Our extensive candidate database and experience in targeted recruitment advertising will be invaluable aids. You can also benefit from a reduced pricing structure over a payment plan.

Contingency Resourcing

When you notify us with a vacancy we conduct a database search, advertise, compile a short-list of suitable applicants, and act as an agent to both parties to reach a successful conclusion.

Typically this service is used where Virtuoso are one of several suppliers to a Client.

Preferred Supplier/Managing Agent

With your agreement, Virtuoso appoints a dedicated Account Manager to oversee your recruitment requirements. As you only have one point of contact within Virtuoso, your time is used efficiently. In return for a fixed fee structure, we have exclusivity on your vacancies for a set period of time. As a Managing Agent, we can even set up a supplier network on your behalf. This service is typically used where you have volume requirements and are prepared to commit to a longer term arrangement.
